Homes at Cobb Hill:

Join Cobb Hill Cohousing on 270 acres of farm, forest, pasture, gardens, and pond in the Upper Valley region of Vermont. Our community includes 22 environmentally-built homes clustered on a hill, a working organic farm and dairy, the Sustainability Institute and numerous farm-related enterprises (Cedar Mountain CSA, Cobb Hill Cheese, maple syrup, bees, sheep, laying chickens, and more).

Members own their homes plus a share in the commonly owned land, barns, woodshop and common house. The common house includes a large kitchen, dining room, den with stone fireplace, playroom, root cellar, library, large meeting room, guest rooms, laundry, pool/ping pong and a cheese aging room.

Features common to all homes include solar hot water, south-facing passive-solar orientation, triple-pane windows, green-building design, a central heating system, high-speed DSL internet, hiking trails and groomed x-country ski trails right out the door plus garden space.

There are currently no homes for sale or rent.  Please check back as units do come up occasionally.
